How we win
Political parties don’t win elections by accident. They win because they field candidates who can compete, persuade, respond quickly and appropriately to issues, and withstand the pressures inherent in conducting a campaign. And do it all with energy and accurate responses when challenged.
When a party fails to recruit viable contenders, it doesn’t just lose a race—it forfeits the ability to shape policy, set the agenda, or even influence the terms of debate. No amount of messaging, fundraising, or outrage can compensate for the absence of credible people on the ballot. What do voters want?
• A credible résumé.
• Likeable personality.
• The ability to raise money.
• Message discipline (ability to stay focused on issues that matter.)
• Willingness and ability to do the work.
• Able to show up, listen to, and engage with those not already in their corner.
If that sounds like you, we need to talk!
